At Restore Wellness Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund:
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in its original packaging and unopened.
You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you should expect funds to clear to your account within 2 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to provide an exchange in-studio within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can do this in-studio or via email at: contact@restorewellnessstudio.co.uk
