At Restore Wellness Studio, we understand that life happens. However, as a small studio, we operate on a strict cancellation policy to ensure we can offer our time and treatments fairly to all clients.

• Full Refund: Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a booked appointment without cancelling, the booking fee will not be refunded. You will need to make a new booking to reschedule.
